The staff person we dealt with was very friendly and helpful

The exterior of the property is very run down, the rooms are good by comparison but not well furnished and a bit broken down. The view of the neighbouring yard was awful with broken cars and machinery.

The whole experience was awful,mentioned things like chunks of the carpet missing. No lights in the bedroom working, waste bin has cigarette ash and ??? Knows what else on the inside and shopping bag as a bin liner. Dirty wash clothes for the dishes, curtains hanging off or missing absolute nightmare

Staff Were very helpful and supplied everything we asked for

The bed and pillows were way too soft. In fact when my husband sat on the edge he fell off it. It was uncomfortable to sleep on

We only stay for one night. Everything was great for a short stay

The smell was very strong—an intense vanilla-like scent. It wasn’t unpleasant, but it was overwhelming. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, as we searched the entire apartment and couldn’t find the source. The scent has lingered on our belongings—my bag and our own pillows still smell like it—and it even gave me a headache.
