Spaciousness, staff behaviour, service, rooms, ambience, proximity to sea, amenities, comfort, layout, breakfast buffet.

Food menu for dinner and lunch could be improved. Time management needs improving too. And perhaps some more training for the staff members to make things more easy peasy.

Location, room and other facilities were good (though slightly overpriced)

Extremely poor reception team (very slow in response with lots of excuses). Further they are not trained enough. They simply denied receiving booking confirmation from booking.com for our booking. They mentioned that the phone number of the property mentioned in booking.com is wrong (we called at that number, and found that it is wrong!). Menu card in restaurant- hand written and xerox copies. Tea cups and water glasses- all one time with low size and below standard quality. Toy train ride- only available for a very short duration in the afternoon, and that too on special request. Water is extremely cold in swimming pool and in water park area. The staffs are less in number and trained poorly (restaurant, room service, etc).

Nothing. Completely unprofessional staffs and lack of communication. The resort is not ready yet for hosting guests. We had to forcibly checkout after 4 hours due to staff behavior and complete non- readiness of the rooms

The guys never gave me rooms I have booked. I have booked 3 rooms with Family, they kept saying I have to do adjacent room booking to get 3 rooms even in one floor.

Property is good, view is good.

Rooms not good, 2034 , 2032, 2033 was my room number. There was no hand gun, no place to keep towel, flush was broken, too much flies, the bed head rack was broken. The amount they charged thats that at all standard. More over for entire day one 1 500 ml bottle was given, not even 1 liter .. Only bread and jam and puri was in breakfast. There was nothing for available for kids in breakfast like milk or corn flakes etc

The atmosphere of the hotel inside is outstanding and their behaviour so frendly and food quality also too good 👌

When I entren the propeeity road condition very bad but inside the propeeity outstanding

Breakfast could be better..not much options available

Options in breakfast.. cleanliness of the bedsheets n towels , connectivity road to the beach not developed... no lift facilities

Its ambiance is good and well maintained.

Restaurant staffs are not professional.

Nothing they just confirmed our stay and at the end of the moment they said there are no rooms
