Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we arrived The sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Cleanliness: The apartment was clean upon arrival. Location: The location of the property was perfect for our vacation needs. Affordable Cost: The rental cost was inexpensive, making it an attractive option for our family vacation

Lack of Internet Access: Despite being promised, there was no internet access throughout our 5-day stay, which was a significant inconvenience. Communication Barriers: All communications from the property were in Polish, a language we do not understand, requiring constant translation and adding unnecessary frustration to our stay. Response Time and Service: Responses to inquiries about the internet problem were slow (24 hours delay) or entirely unaddressed. Efforts to resolve the issue, including sending someone with multiple routers and promising a technician visit, were ineffective and unfulfilled. Impact on Vacation Experience: The lack of internet severely affected our vacation plans, including streaming entertainment, and led to additional expenses as we had to use our own data plan. Unsatisfactory Resolution Efforts: The property's attempts to solve the internet issue were inadequate, with a promised technician never arriving, and overall, the service failed to meet the expectations set by the amenities listed.

It was a fabulous experience. Thank you for this nice and comfortable stay! We had everything we needed for a really good price. The location of the apartment is fantastic and offers many possibilities. Always happy!

Very close to sea and all the attractions

It was not clean. There were a lot of spiders webs in the corners and on the sealing. Dishwasher was not serviced in some time, therefore it didn't wash properly tue dishes we've pit in
