We are pleased to confirm your reservation at the apartments Alpen1 Finca Simo. NEW ORDER FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR: According to Royal Decree 933/2021 All adult guests and children aged 14 or older indicated in the reservation must show a valid identification document (DNI, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in. Calle Irta, 2 12598 Peñíscola - Castellón TEL 964 48 20 65 Key delivery hours - From JUNE to SEPTEMBER Monday to Sunday: from 17:00 to 20:00 - From OCTOBER to MAY Monday to Friday: from 16:00 to 19:00 SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS: the keys will be collected in a mailbox with a code, located at the key collection address. Check for periods of long weekends and holidays outside of high season. Late check-in will be done using a mailbox with a code. You must contact reception so that this code is provided to the client and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid. Any requests for extras must be communicated before 13:00 Hrs. on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, you must notify us the day before. Check-out time from the apartments is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. The rate does not include towels or bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at reception. EXTRAS: (payment at reception) - Cots: €7/day. - Extra beds: €7/day. - Sheets: €6 per bed/stay. - Towels: €25 for a set of 5 shower towels. (cash payment) They are only provided during office hours. One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the entire stay of 50€ Parking included, subject to availability upon arrival. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: NO air conditioning. The standard 2-bedroom units come with ceiling fans included. 2 bedroom apartments with bunk beds and duplex type: Air conditioning for a fee (10€/day) + cealing fan. The controls for the fan will be handed over at reception, and a deposit of €30 will be requested, which will be returned at the same moment the controls are returned. Seasonal pool, open from 15/6 to 15/9 (modifications subject to the community of neighbors of the property) Guests must pay a deposit of 150€ by card, cash will not be accepted. After leaving the apartment, it is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñíscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days. The photographs of the interiors are examples of the variety of apartments that we have. They are assigned according to the planning, so a specific height, view or apartment cannot be guaranteed. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The client must pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you are unable to meet the arrival time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
