Appartamento ampio e ben pulito non distante dal centro e dai vari servizi, molto accogliente e dotato di tutti confort, siamo stati (2 adulti 2 bimbi) veramente molto bene, Antonella è stata disponibilissima e carina, parcheggio non molto distante dall'appartamento e gratis, bisogna fare circa 5 Min a piedi...in salita ...

The apartment was large and charmingly furnished in keeping with the style and age of the building. Completely private, wonderful aspects of local countryside, very comfortable. Great location…close to Centro but very quiet.

Just a couple of minor things missing…a couple of wine glasses, mugs, and a clothes airer would have been perfect.

Everything was fabulous. The hosts, location, and amenities.

Staying in the pretty streets of Spello is a really special experience. The location, view and home comforts with a sitting room and kitchen to cook in made for a really enjoyable few days in this gorgeous place. Free parking a short walk from the accommodation is also very convenient.

Some extra kitchen items would be great as we love to cook. The second bedroom is small with a small bed, may not suit all adults.

The location was perfect and the main bedroom had amazing views of the valley. (There was a second bedroom too.) We could walk everywhere in the old city of Spello in a short amount of time. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. It was perfect for two couples and nice to have breakfast at the apartment when we wanted, or wine, cheese and cold salamis for dinner one night. The apartment is decorated very nicely and it was very clean. Plus, the owner was very responsive to our needs.

Nicely decorated in a quiet location

The stairs to the apartment were steep, missing railings, and were pitch black when we arrived to access the apartment. We had difficulty opening the door and saw that the screws were coming out of the strike plate in the lock set. Notified the host immediately, they fixed the broken lock and attempted to charge us $150 for it. No Internet for four of the five nights we were there. Host begin messaging us at 7:13 am the morning of our departure (checkout was between 10-11) and then came to the apartment and knocked at our front door at least three times starting at 8:30 in the morning. I’m a host of 15 years and this is one of the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming stays we have experienced

The Location, furniture, service was perfect! The view from the window was unreal. One of the best stays in Italy!

Everything! Totally spotless but also a nice homely feel. Sadly we were only there for one night so we didn’t use the well stocked kitchen apart from to eat the breakfast cake Antonella kindly left for us. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom / shower great. A couple of tips- you cannot drive to the apartment. Go to the parking spots at the bottom of the road ( just outside town) and walk up. It’s five minutes but steep. Also good to know is that there is no shop selling groceries apart from just outside the town so you’ll be carrying your food shop in if you intend to cook. I only discovered the wooden shutters in our bedroom in the morning so had a very “ well lit” sleep (full moon and rising sun). My fault but I wish I had spotted them earlier!

I didn’t like the fact that we were there only one night!! Stay longer is my advice.
