Welcome to a small apartment near Ras El Lefa Beach

The owner is a super nice guy who picked me up when I couldn't find the place. Tea and bread waiting for me when I arrived which was greatly appreciated. The bedroom is very comfortable with a very traditional vibe, and you have the possibility to cook and use the roof terrace. I was also offered a chicken tagine for dinner for a fair price of 40 dirhams which was nice since there were not many restaurants in the area. Good value for money when compared to other options in Safi.

The location is a little out of the way. If you have a car then this is not a problem as it would be easy to drive down to the beach or into the city, but I was by foot which meant that the walk to the beach was 25 minutes and you would need a taxi to get into town. Taxis were plentiful on the main road so not much of an issue but when I booked I did think it was much closer to the beach. The area itself is very rudimentary with mostly corner shops around, but very authentic. Location on booking is about 300m off but, as I mentioned, the owner responded to me quickly and came to pick me up. Only a Moroccan toilet, for those who care about that.

It was very pleasant to stay at Ahmed's house. The room is cosy and well decorated and the host is friendly and welcoming. He even solved the mission impossible of teaching me how to pronounce Bagharir - and brought one for my breakfast when he heard it's my favourite Moroccan food. A la prochaine inshallah

Stayed here for one night. I was one of the first guests staying at the guest house. The two young men who just opened the place are super friendly and happy to help with anything. Room is as advertised in pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. Hard to find a place closer to the surfspot. 5 minutes by car! Perfect quite location.
