Quietness of the area

They need to work on the bathroom drainage

Good location in a serene environment, safe, cozy, private and nice ambience both interior and exterior, the AC in the room is very functional; blowing cold the way I like it. The kitchenette is well equipped down to washing machine. There is a nice cafe beside it, for those who like fine dining and relaxation after a busy outing. Having experienced other places with similar prices in that Abuja, I’d say it’s somewhere I would always lock-in when visiting Abuja. Keep up with the standard please.

Sometimes when power is off from the mains for a long time, the solar which powers the place does not carry the AC. There are however standing fans which did not really soothe me.

Just me sharing my experience, I reserved on booking the day I was going to lodge and also made extra effort to get through to the host, and I told him I have reserved and would be at the place before 8 after I close work that day, and he mentioned that it's depending on availability and I said but I reserved it abs and also I cannot just leave my work place to the apartment and he said UNDERSTOOD, later that night, I got to the address and called various times but he did not respond, I was devastated as I had various meetings lined up, to my surprise,he later called and said the place is taken that I did not pay, meanwhile he never mentioned that I have to pay, I've been to a lot of hotels and apartments and most times I pay while checking in, and if otherwise I'm always informed that I need to pay first, but in this instance he just assumed and that costed me money and time.

The central location, clever use of the space, the wall and blind colours and washing machine.
