Charming Garden Retreat 3BDR with Hot Tub and Sauna

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was modern, fully equipped, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but a few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful.

The house looks lovely.

Things were broken and brought cheaply. We opened a draw and it came off in our hands. 2 out of 3 beds were broken and the couples in those bedrooms did not sleep well due to this. The blinds are cheap and broken. All the rules that they ring and message you about are a lot. I wish I had just booked a hotel but they would not cancel my stay. A surcharge to use the parking is ridiculous, there is free street parking.

House was really nice, bedrooms, tvs etc was also really good! Sauna and hot tub was great. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was fine only problem was the cleaner that came as we were leaving was quite rude. As we walked out with our stuff, didn’t say anything just walked straight past us into the house. I asked her to check if the hot tub temperature was okay before we left and just got very weird vibe from her. The cleaner that was there when i arrived on Thursday was really polite and helpful on the other hand the cleaner that came after we left was the complete oppoopposite

Loved our stay here. From the location, the house, to hospitality. We definitely plan on coming back in the future

The property was a lovely modern house.

AVOID!!! Unfortunately we didn’t have a pleasant stay from the moment we step through the door. We went to celebrate a birthday which turned into a disaster! When we got to the property we noticed all the window to the house was open, the kitchen, we went to get cutlery out of the draw which fell off in our hands. The tv in the lounge was useless!! Didn’t work or connect. The down stairs toilet ( which has now been changed in the ad ) that it’s used as a storage and room for washing ect. We was APPALLED! By what we found when we opened the door. The wet washing was on an airer with a room heater on full heat drying the wet towels. May I add it says do not cover. The room was boiling hot. Find photos attached. When we spoke to the “ main host “ it wasn’t a fire hazard. There was no timer on the plug nor was it mentioned when we checked in. The toilet was opposite the front door, so if a fire did occur we wouldn’t have been able to exist the property as the back door was locked! We tried to call the host when this happened but had no luck. The master bed room had dirty fitted shits on which was stains ( find photos attached ) the spare pillows were damp and mouldy!! The main bathroom! The shower you to turn on the button was broken so had to dig your finger in a small hole to turn on. The toilet everytime you sat on it. It would fall off. The main bins in the house were full and even a neighbour said they don’t collect the bins. We didn’t pay for the upgrades as didn’t want to have the extras but luckily we didn’t it looked like a phorest in the garden. The bedrooms none of the beds are king size they are all small doubles. It took ages for the host to refund the damage deposit. They offered us a poxy 5% refund on a £500 booking!! We are yet to even be able to speak to the main host so this is our only hope. Avoid avoid avoid

NOTHING- AVOID THIS PLACE - doesn’t send deposit back till much later and you have to beg for it.

We had booked the apartment 2 weeks prior. The team are very rubbish at communicating. Check in was at 3 and they told me the morning before that someone was going to call me on the day of arrival. No one did, I had to call 4 times. Every time I called they said they would call me back which they never did. It look 2 hours to arrive to the property and we had heavy luggage and big bags for the stay. Once we got in front of the house someone called me saying there’s been an apparent ‘gas leak’ in the properly and they cannot accommodate for me. BEARINg in mind I had spoken to them from the morning of the day 4x and they failed to mention this. We paid money for public transport to get there also. Me and my family were devastated as we were all tired from travelling and was really looking forward to the stay. We then asked for an alternative accommodation for them to put us in as we have paid a lot of money. They then said that they have a different property available for us which they can put us in which we asked them to send us a cab to go there. She then gave my number to the main host TOMAS who was sooooo patronising and inconsiderate, saying ‘yeah whatever’ to everything and getting mad because we were frustrated. He was being very rude and harsh and said take it or leave it and only gave us £10 Uber credit which was a joke. He also said he would refund us our garden access money which he did not. We got to the other properly which was in a completely different area and the house was very dirty. The house had damp on the walls and smelt so bad. We then wanted to go into the Jacuzzi to relax after our long day however when we opened the cover for the jacuzzi there was a snail inside which I have proof off. The jacuzzi was filthy and there bird poo everywhere.

Hidden gem in Barnet, perfect for our stay! Has the use of sauna and hot tub outdoors, inside had all amenities needed and decor was lovely and comfortable. Communication through booking was great. Will be visiting again!
