Since that is soon the end of season most of clubs found silly excuses to be closed. Also most of A la Carte restaurants were either closed or taking fewer and fewer customers. Slides were closed most of the day.

Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious, and the à la carte restaurants were also excellent. We especially loved that there were so many sports activities, all with a beautiful sea view. The kids’ club was great — lots of fun activities for children, and our child truly enjoyed spending time there. Special thanks to our assistants, Kaan and Yagmur, who were always in touch and helped us with everything.

The number of waiters could be improved - on some days we had to wait for a while until the table was cleared or someone came to take our drink order.

Of all the Rixos we have stayed at, this has to be the worst when it comes to client service - astonishingly poor compared to the others. Booked a car via the hotel client team that we needed to cancel (more than 24 hours notice) and the amount of effort to get a simple refund of 65 euros was ridiculous. We were told that the car company was nothing to do with the hotel (they booked it) that we needed to show receipts for the booking, two and half days to get it sorted - small money and we gave most of it to the serving staff in tips but the point is the hotel should have just sorted it out silently. Same for the a la carte booking system - used fine at the other Rixos - at this one at two minutes past ten in the morning - nothing available - was to ' Sir' there are 1800 people staying and all trying to book tables' The Peoples a la carte restaurant possibly the worst meal ever had - anywhere. Soundproofing - none. We have kids but don't particularly want to hear others at 5 in the morning - really noisy place. Housekeeping vacuuming at 10pm outside the room - not great for those with children trying to sleep. Really was a huge disappointment - compared with Bodrum, Doha and Abu Dhabi which were great.

Very nice territory, amazing views. Great place to visit with kids. Nice activities. Proximity to the beach. Amazing service with Whatsapp support 24/7.

We expected better selection of food. Family Garden room was a bit outdated, not very cozy and tiny shower.
