Çalışanlar gerçekten çok saygılı ve çok güler yüzlüydü. Odalar gayet temizdi. Yemekler lezzetliydi.

Rixos isminin tam karşılığını vermiyor. İnsan Rixos’a gidince daha iyisini bekliyor yaz mevsiminde eminim çok daha fazla aktivite ve seçenek vardır ama daha öncede bu kalitede bir çok otelde konakladık ama bu standartta bir otelin daha fazla olanaklarının olmasını beklerdim. Eminim önümüzdeki yıllarda kış konseptinide geliştireceklerdir. En azından biraz aktivite türk misafirlere yönelik canlı müzik mesela Türkiye deyken kendimi rusya daymış gibi hissetmek bana tuhaf geliyor. Yemekler lezzetli ama a la carte Restaurant lar vasat. Pastanede seçenek çok az ve sürekli aynı. Çoçuk klübü çok iyi. Fiyat performans iyi bu mevsim için. Aquapark sular buz gibi ısıtma şart. 24 saat açık restorant ta seçenek çok az. Tekrar gidermiyiz sorusuna evet gideriz ama biz gidene kadar eminim bu söylediklerim dikkate alınmış olur

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber.

1. Keine warme Teller beim Essen in der kalten Jahreszeit 2. das warme Essen war immer kalt 3. Fast alle Restaurants geschlossen 4. Pool könnte wärmer sein. 5. Tennis sollte frei 6. Vermisse ein Fahrrad Verleih 7. Karte für Ausflüge wären eine große Hilfe 8. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bezahlt aber das leider nicht bekommen!

As a guest at a premium 5-star hotel, I have certain expectations regarding service and professionalism, which were unfortunately not met during my recent stay. Due to a clear oversight by the staff, we were unable to dine at the à la carte restaurant. What was more disappointing than the error itself was the management's reaction; there was no genuine attempt to rectify the situation or offer a viable solution to the problem. In a luxury establishment, such a lack of accountability and proactivity is unacceptable. Superior service should be the standard, but in this instance, the guest experience was completely disregarded.

В отеле было всё прекрасно. Расположение отличное. Часто возвращаемся в этот отель. При заселение дали двухкомнатный номер , с новым интерьером и свежим ремонтом. За что отдельное спасибо!!! Корай и Полина всегда были на связи и быстро реагировали на все просьбы, молодцы)))

What an amazing and wonderful time we spent here for a week. All the staff from restaurant to Cafe to cleaning staff , to the brand new and well equiped Rixy kids club and open bar area was simply amazing and all thr staff always had a smile on their faces. Such a hard working and pleasant staff. Beside our two dedicated holiday assistants ,Yagmur and Merva made our stay so much comfortable with their within mins response and taking care of any bookings or other support by simply a whatsapp dedicated group message. The Lumin AI assistant was an additonal great support and amazingly always upto date for daily activities. Ramzan and Vidat in Torquoise restaurant were so helpful and ensured the kids are happy. The All inclusive concept at this resort is at a different level and they have spread it so nicely all across the resort that something is always available for food, snacks, ice cream, coffee and alot more. They have excellent activities daily both for adults and kids, we loved the mountain bike around the mountain and fields with good quality bikes. The beach was clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money. All the credit goes to the hard working staff who work tirelessly to make everyone happy. Highly recommended, an excellent well maintained resort. Don't forget to go to Olympus which is mins away from the resort and in few mins you can enjoy snow and ice from the warm Mediterranean sea, sea to sky in mins.
