Staff, the hotel buffet, the scenery.

The hotel needs full renovation. Starting from rooms and finishing with facilities: ACs, plumbing, indoor swimming pool, the pool table, soundproofing.

"It’s ok and for borjormi it’s one of the better hotels just tired and needs more refurbishment"

Pool was nice outside building looked good as did reception

In hall way to room plug socket hanging out of wall . Had kettle and everything but no coffee or anything . Lots of noise Sunday morning as work going on in the building holding the restaurant

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was fine, they gave us free excellent dinner. Nice 2 pools. Big hotel with bar and many nice sitting areas. Huge bad.

The spa was separated for men and women. Slight climbing from city center. .
