Main living room light not working
GBBeautiful location. View from lounge stunning. Nice patio out front looking over the sea. Lounge best room. Nicely presented but sofas very uncomfortable. Kitchen is perfectly functional but freezer could do with a defrost.
We were disappointed with the sleeping accommodation. The main bedroom backs on to a wall. There is a foot between the French door and the wall . Even on the sunniest day of summer this room was dark and cold. The bedclothes felt damp and in one corner of the skirting board there were signs of incipient black mould. As previous reviews suggest the bathrooms are a bit tired. In the en-suite the bottom 3 rows of tiles were in need of a re-grout. The cleanliness is fine but the paintwork on the skirting is scuffed . A fresh coat of paint would work wonders. At £149 per night in mid September we were expecting a little more in the way of comfort and decor .in terms of customer experience we were not expecting scones or cookies but we had expected a starter pack of tea and coffee. There were no teabags and just a few spoons of coffee in the tin. The host did say she would ‘bowl’ some round to us. They did not arrive.
