Sijainti oli erinomainen, kaukana kaupungin hälinästä puistoalueiden ympäröimä. Julkiset liikenneyhteydet Irusta muuaalle Tallinnaan olivat todella hyvät. Kauppa löytyi läheltä metsäpolun päästä. Siisti asunto ja hiljainen talo. Mustarastaat lauloivat.

Astiasto oli hivenen niukka verrattuna muuhun ruokailun valmistukseen liittyvään välineistöön. Huoneistosta olisi voinut löytyä informatiota lähialueesta.
