El dormitorio no tenía puerta. Llegamos de noche al alojamiento y no nos habían preparado el sofá cama, y la solución dijeron que nos la daban por la mañana. Por lo que tuvimos que irnos a las 23:30 de la noche a otro hotel, y gastar más dinero. Pues, tras quejarnos, nos devolvieron solo el dinero de la primera noche y el parking, lo que no cubre el total del gasto del otro hotel. Además, en el primer momento solo proponían abonarnos el 50% de la primera noche y no el total. Tampoco nos devolvieron el dinero de la tasa turística de la primera noche, por lo que lo pagamos x2 ya que tuvimos que pagarla igual en el otro hotel. Pedimos más mantas para la noche y nos dijeron que no tenían. El cojín decorativo de la cama estaba sucio. El día que nos íbamos, teníamos en la puerta a las personas de la limpieza esperando en la puerta 20’ antes y metiendo prisa, con malas caras, porque tardamos 7 minutos (fuera de la hora de salida)en bajar todas las cosas.

Personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y nos dieron una solución en el mismo día.

En uno de los dormitorios la ventana no cerraba, pero no pasamos frio, solo deberian de arreglar ese desperfecto

The visible signs of a breach-in on the main entry doors immediately raised serious security alarms. The deadbolt was disabled, as the strike plate was physically torn from the frame, leaving only the latch bolt to secure the apartment.  Furthermore, a warning sign posted on the main staircase about checking street doors and reporting "weird noises" only confirmed existing safety concerns. The security failures continued upstairs: the main bedroom balcony door was permanently broken, with missing bolts that made it impossible to close during a rainy November night. Coupled with a heavily stained and repulsive couch, this environment was unsafe and uninhabitable. When contacted, the owner admitted the door had been recently forced open for a previous guest but insisted the front door was safe "according to his standards."  He was "unaware" of the unclosable balcony and only offered to fix that issue no earlier than the next day. We were forced to vacate the property the same evening to find a safe place to stay. Despite this, the owner still charged us for the first night, a cleaning fee, and the city tax. Even further escalation through Booking.com did not result in a full refund. The owner’s negligence and the dangerously poor condition of this apartment make it an absolute risk.
