The property has amazing views. It is within walking distance of city centre. The hotel’s restaurant is great. The property is very clean and the staff all around are very polite, friendly, and helpful. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the true essence of San Miguel de Allende.

Everything was fine until I wanted to tip the taxi driver at the airport. All the cash was gone from my fanny pack.

Beware! All my cash was stolen from my fanny pack. I had the pack in my backpack under bags. They had to dig for it. They do offer a safe. I highly suggest you use it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this quaint and very well kept hotel. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The restaurant had great food. The location was convenient to just about everything. Thumbs Up for sure!!

We received an upgrade upon arrival, without even asking. Our suite had a beautiful bathroom, including soaking bath with property provided bath salts and bubble bath! The property had a lovely rooftop restaurant with exceptional food, and probably the best view in the city. Romantic vibe with highly attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

The music from the restaurant above our room was intrusive. But was quiet by 10pm.
