Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay at Your Hotel I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. My visit was meant to be a special occasion as I was celebrating my 50th birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had hoped for. Upon our arrival, after a two-hour drive, we had difficulty finding parking. However, the real frustration began at the reception, where we were left waiting for almost two hours without any response. This was an unacceptable start to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. We had specifically booked a room with an indoor jacuzzi, but upon arrival, we discovered that the jacuzzi was too cold to use. This was extremely disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Additionally, while I was getting dressed in my room, a hotel staff member was standing right outside, working on the pool, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was also expecting some acknowledgment of my birthday in the room, but the only thing provided was a small bottle of soda—hardly a celebratory gesture. Furthermore, the room lacked a coffee machine, the blanket was too thin for the weather, and overall, the amenities did not meet the standards we expected. The service at the reception was another major issue. The receptionist did not speak Hebrew, making communication very difficult. Additionally, the overall service throughout our stay was extremely poor, with no effort to accommodate or acknowledge the special occasion I had been looking forward to for so long. I am truly disappointed by this experience and expect an appropriate response from your side regarding these matters. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to improve your service for future guests. Looking forward to your response.
