I was here few years ago, it’s not the same. Disappointed

The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. There was a large variety and very nicely served. However, the color "black" was the theme color in the hallways and elevator areas which seemed to be a bit depressing. There is a lack of lighting in these areas in my opinion. The staff could have been nicer and more response to the guests. I never got a "Good Morning" from them in the lobby and there actions were plain and routine. Even the staff in the dining room, while helpful, were not very talkative or especially nice. They sweep the floor in the dining room while the guests are eating. The outside balcony area could be cleaner. In all, a nice stay but could have been more polite and responsive. The room was reasonable but not that unique. The view was nice, if you stand by the window all day. There is a disco in the building and this might bother you at 2 in the morning.

On the positive side, the hotel’s location is great. It’s just a short walk to the beach and right near the heart of the city center. You’re surrounded by all the main attractions—restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops are all within easy reach.

Experience quite disappointing, mainly due to the state of the room. The room was far from clean, with visible dust and dirt that made it feel neglected. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which only added to the issues. There was no correct lighting in the room, which was painted in black, creating a dark and uninviting atmosphere. Additionally, some of the staff do not speak English, which made communication challenging and added to the inconvenience.
