"I’ve tried to contact the owner and bookings to get a full refund for the money that I have paid, but no response"

I had no chance to view the property because the owner was away visiting family. I waited for four hours outside the property for the owner to turn up to let me in.

Better than a hotel which can be too noisy away from main road

Staff was very Friendly, easy access to a kitchen, shower and a private room that could be locked. Within walking distance of INCE train station and shops.

Nina was a professional and welcoming host. The checking in and out was made effortless and the accommodation itself was amazing. I would recommend Nina's place for anyone travelling to Wigan you won't find anything any better in the area. Will be definitely staying again.
