Breakfast was not what we expected

The location was excellent with nice view and great sitting areas.

First of all, the location. A bit out of the way, and practically by the sea. Very nice main hall and beautiful staircase creating (especially in the evening) a nice and pleasant atmosphere with atmospheric lighting. Additionally, the hotel is not large, so I also consider intimacy to be a plus. Deluxe room on the 4th floor was of a decent size and had a nice view of the mountains, sea and pool. Food in the All inclusive option - also okay.

A taxi guaranteed by the hotel that was supposed to wait at the airport after leaving the arrivals hall - a disaster.No one was waiting with my name and surname, although they had information about the flight number that I gave when booking the taxi.After looking for a taxi driver, which took me over 45 minutes, I bought a Turkish SIM card (additional cost) by calling the phone number indicated in the booking and it turned out that the taxi would be there in 5 minutes.The driver did not even know which hotel to go to - so from the beginning of the holiday we were treated to only stress.The hotel itself is heavily depreciated - the lock that closes the door to the room (room 402) does not work - you could not lock yourself in at night.The lock that closes the balcony door from the terrace on the bedroom side does not work.The rain shower does not work - i.e. it starts right after turning on the water, and then stops running a moment later.The switches do not work, the lack of soundproofing means that you can hear everything and everyone moving in the corridor and closing the door at any time of day or night.The indoor pool - closed - and I chose this hotel with a morning swim in mind - THERE WAS NO SUCH INFORMATION ON THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE that the pool is not working.The walls in the rooms - stains and peeling wallpaper - it looks as if someone was laying and painting the rooms without having any idea about it and minimal aesthetics.One also gets the impression that the hotel does not employ enough staff because, for example, during lunch or dinner, you had to search for staff to ask them for something to drink, to clean the table or, for example, to wipe the floor because someone had just spilled a sticky mixture.In the confectionery, there was often no service - I had to wait even for almost 10 minutes - because the lady was serving at the same time in the Diamond restaurant, where there was, for example, lunch or dinner.

1 gece konakladık. Otel temiz, mimari açıdan görsel olarak iyi, yemekler çeşitli ama lezzet açısından pek iyi değildi, plajda yer bulmak çok zor sabah erken gitmemize rağmen her yer doluydu havlumuzu kuma sermek zorunda kaldık, yuvarlak yatak gibi olan şezlonglar ücretli otel misafirleri kullanamıyor çok saçma, odalar temiz, klima yeterli, eğlence hiç yok. Fiyat performans bir otel genel olarak 5 üzerinden 3,5 veririm.

1 günlük vaktimiz olduğu için antalya dan arkadaşım ile yapacağımız kısa tatil için tercih ettik konum çok iyi ay ışığı plajında alışveriş ve eğlence mekanlarına yakın. Plajı fevkalade temiz ve düzenli yemekler de fena değildi yüksek beklentileriniz yok ise fiyat performans olarak çok iyi.tavsiye ediyorum

Bir günlük vaktimiz olduğu için antalya dan arkadaşım ile yapacağımız kısa tatil için tercih ettik konum çok iyi ay ışığı plajında alışveriş ve eğlence mekanlarına yakın.
