L'hôtel est très agréable, confortable. Il y a plusieurs piscines, un centre spa et une salle de sport, tout pour passer un agréable séjour. Le buffet est très bon et le personnel est aux petits soins !

Un seul petit point négatif serait l'isolation phonique des chambres... on entend assez les voisins, surtout s'ils sont bruyants. Mais cela dépend bien sûr à côté de qui on tombe.

Limpeza,funcionarios todos simpaticos. Perto da praia e comercio.

Elevadores pequenos. Descoloração de um edifício pra outro pra comer. Não haver água disponível no jantar, sei que não inclui bebidas,mas um jarro de agua? Um hotel de 4 estrelas?

Hotel blisko plaży na duży +, 4 budynki z różnymi basenami i widokami, w jednym śpisz A dostęp do wszystkich. Siłownia z bramą, ławką, sztangą, stojakiem oraz hantlami więc można przećwiczyć każdą partię ciała. Sucha sauna mocny piekarnik. Można wypożyczyć żelazko i sobie ciuszki przeprasować. Śniadanko na wyjazd można dogadać w innych godzinach, ja akurat o 4:00 poprosiłem i nie było problemu.

Monotonne śniadania, jeśli ktoś szuka hotelu ze względu na jedzenie to tutaj dałbym 5/10 jeśli chodzi o kolację, wszystko praktycznie trzeba samemu przyprawiać, jest kucharz co np. smaży steki na bieżąco ale tak je zalewa olejem, że nie czuć steka A sam tłuszcz. Słabe ciśnienie w jacuzzi no ale to standard, sauna parowa bez pary A samym ciepłem.

Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping stuff is really good. I will say the same for f&b stuff as breakfast and dinner was nice. Location is good.

There is 2 things that really changed our mind about going to hotel again. No. 1: The first day we arrived we noticed the bed had a dent in the middle. After 3 complains to the front desk they finally sent someone to fix it (ot was around 10pm). During the repair the mattress and sheets were on the floor. When repairman finished he said to call the front desk so they could send someone to get the new sheets. We were completely surprised when the receptionist brought the sheets (no housekeeping stuff). When I asked is there anyone to make the bed for us his answer was "I guess you can make it by yourself as we are out of housekeeping stuff for the night and I dont know how to do it". We did not expect that form a 4 star hotel. No. 2: Situation that pretty much ruined the impression was the inability to do late check out. Through the booking message we first received a notification that late check out until 6pm was 35 eur. On the next question it was no longer 35 but 40 eur and it depends of availability ( what is normal). When we came to ask for the late check out thay told us there was no space. The girl at the front desk was so rude that she yelled at us for even asking for something like that. We chack on booking is the same room type as ours are on the booking and we say that day still have available rooms. As the hope dies last, on the day of check-out we asked again for late check-out and got the answer that hotel is on a 100% occupation and that there is no space for a late check out option. When we tried to find a compromise solution, we were told that our only option was to pay for another night (what is weird if you are on a 100%) and that we could leave whenever we wanted. When asked again if we would stay in the same room as we are right now, the answer was "yes".
