I would highly recommend. The hostess was simply amazing, couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice. Great location with beautiful surroundings. Really lovely experience from start to finish

"Rather be in Rathdrum."

Shelly was the most welcoming of hosts we have experienced in our 5 week trip from Australia. Breakfast portions were generous and cooked to perfection. For the active guests Rathdrum was an easy walk. The N11 Avondale restaurant was excellent. The Wicklow area is a place of outstanding natural beauty. The nearby Botanical Gardens are a worthwhile destination with free entry

We were challenged by the TV but accidentally stumbled on the original Lone Ranger series in glorious B&W. Binge watched a series!! Hi Ho Silver.

"Lovely accommodation and fantastic host made for a really pleasant stay."

Great communication meant finding the accommodation was straightforward. It was super clean and very homely. The standard breakfast was really good and if a cooked breakfast is required (extra cost) it is extremely ample, with something for the whole family. The location is very close to the town, the host was fantastic and was very happy to help.

The only reason this is a 9 and not a 10 is not knowing about the air con unit in the bedroom, although a fan was also supplied.
