That i was charged for the property and it wasn't available i was there two hrs.no one showed up to check me in then I found out from owner the property was sold and wasn't for rent thru booking .Com. I traveled 1200 miles and booked 2 days in advance. The room was canceled but I was not refunded until 3 days later. So I have no room to stay in or money to reserve another room. I told booking.com this and they could careless of my situation. I had to sleep in my truck in a walmart parking lot until my refund was returned. They said they could do nothing but refund my money but im the one that suffered not them. It was there mistake not mine that left me out in the cold. They should had a update of the change of ownership of the property and took down from renting. Now this morning im back at it with booking.com they charged me 70.13 for i dont know what when I didn't have any reservations. Long story short booking.com is one sorry no good agency that could careless for there customers
