Good proximity to Norwich but also able to get out to the countryside. Close the Marriott way footpath and cycle path. Nice outdoor area to use. Off road parking very handy

Only a very small niggle, as the living area is in a loft, it can get very warm

Lovely barn conversion : nice quiet location. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Highly recommended

Stairs were a little steep for myself as I’m disabled, but still manageable and certainly not a deal breaker!

Lovely accommodation, very good public transport links which suited us a non drivers but also excellent off road parking. The barn had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for having us !

Honestly we couldn't fault anything, it was just what we wanted as a base for our family.

Really lovely, perfect for a couple or a family. Has everything you need from general household stuff to extra pillows if needed. We were in Norwich for a funeral and decided to stay the whole weekend and The Barn made our stay much more pleasant! The outside area with the wood burner and table tennis is a brilliant touch and added to our evenings. Close to lots of amenities like supermarkets, pubs and more. Only 15-20 mins drive to The Broads and only 35-40 mins drive to Great Yarmouth. Thank you very much Tom and Rita Would definitely recommend and would stay again xx

"A pleasant experience"

Very comfortable furniture and bed. Easy car parking with car port. Location is ideal for visiting numerous places around Norwich. All the equipment worked. Very quiet no disturbing noise day or night. Heating easy to control. Bath/shower room great to use. Out door dining area very useful in hot weather.

It would have been useful to have a light switch upstairs to switch on a light over the stairs. We had our torches so it wasn't a problem.
