"A very lovely stay in a lovely house for a family of five."

Very clean and well looked after. Good location, within walking distance of co op live arena. Spacious house, all very comfy beds. Tea & coffee supplies. Very welcoming owner & kept in close contact throughout our stay Would definitely stay here again whilst visiting Manchester.

"perfect family stay near Co-Op live"

Host is particularly good with regular and clear communication making our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Good sized bedrooms and kitchen, sitting room perfect for family or group of friends, plenty of bathrooms/showers. 20 minutes brisk walk from Co-Op live, and even closer to Etihad Stadium so perfect for events. Off road parking which felt secure.

"Overall was a good stay"

I liked how close the location was to our concert venue. Seemed like a nice area. It was good having its own driveway to park our car.

It is in need of some refurbishing, the accommodation could benefit a thorough clean. I feel that the price per night for the accommodation was a bit on the high side after seeing the accommodation.

Everything was fab, and just what we needed! It was a perfect location for Co op Arena which is why we booked. Will definitely stay here again.
