Great location for our trip. Only £10 in taxi to centre. Extra large bed and en-suite 😃 Downstairs toilet!

The property is beautiful, 15 minute walk to Etihad Campus. The area is quiet at night. George was so kind and there for any questions. Beds were exceptionally comfortable (hotel standards!!) amenities like tea and coffee, bottled water, washing pods etc were available. The added bonus of the backyard with the trampoline is a nice bonus for families with kids. The property is very easy to get to as well via bus or taxi! 100% couldn’t recommend more.

"Great stay in Manchester!"

A small group of us stayed here for one night and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Manchester City Centre or a 25 minute walk, making it easy to enjoy to city. The house was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
