La cuina estava bruta i una de les banyeres plena de pèls. El Wi-Fi només arriba a dos dormitoris; malgrat el repetidor, no hi ha cobertura al menjador - sala d'estar. És un pis per a 6 persones però només hi ha 3 forquilles i 3 culleretes de cafè i cap de postre. És un pis d'estiu, malgrat l'aire condicionat i les estufes elèctriques a les habitacions, és molt difícil d'escalfar (3 dies al desembre).
