The customer service was exceptional

The staff were excellent — genuinely helpful and friendly throughout. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall. I also really enjoyed the food at the sister property.

The minibar extras were priced disproportionately high, which made the value for money feel skewed more toward appearance than actual guest comfort or generosity.

Great quirky accommodation, with a lovely pub / Restaurant very close.

Accommodation was upmarket specification. Pub restaurant was above what we anticipated.

The accommodation cauld have been sign posted, as sat nav didn't pick it up.

This is a great place the stay. The staff are amazing, going out of their way to ensure you are an everything you need. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable The Bull Freehouse , also run by the hotel , has excellent food.
