The sheet, duvet cover&pillow cases were clean!!!!!!!!!!!!

Further from town than documented. V poorly revenoted house. V small room, shower unit at end of the bed. Tiniest toilet cubicle, my tall husband didn't fit in it. Double bed with one side against the wall. Mattress rock hard. V dirty coushions and throw on bed. 3 Flat pillows. One of us had to stay on the bed to allow the other to get dressed as no room for us both. No door handles on the doors. "No smoking" sign only, no health&safety notices. Scraps of paper cello taped to walls with hand written wi fi code. Extremely shoddy workmanship throughout. Had to walk past residents coat& shoe racks on entry. No door code or key safe... Elderly resident let us in. Owner spoke on phone but didn't give his name. I simply can't imagine the place has passed any planning regulations, or HMO regs or any rental regs. A renter had a radio or telly blaring loudly at 6am. Outside stone steps with no handrails what so ever. V untidy, outside. This place should not in any way be available for advertising or booking the rooms. The authorities should be notified... This is being looked into. Disasterious money grabbing owner, no scrupples or conscience. I will never book this dump agsin& will do my best to advise others not to book it. It needs a visit from the authorities that oversee suitable accommodations abiding by the rules and regulations.

Nice and neat property

Perfect house to fit all our family in. Amazing space and ideal location to visit the London family. Exceptionally clean too. The host was very attentive and was there to meet us on arrival.

How polite the staff are. Ali is amazing. Respectful easy to get on with. The cleaniness of the place and how it just makes ya feel like it’s home

Room clean.. but read below.

The description of the rooms and place are misleading with 4 rooms crammed into a 3 bed semi. It was like being in student digs.... with no personal kettle, etc. My room was tiny with the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on and noisy from the very busy road and a couple in the room next door.. Everything was available in the communal area, which was dirty with partly used food left out and crumbs on the counters and floor. I am a genius level 3 and travel a lot. I can't believe that all the supposed outstanding recommendations are genuine. I have taken pictures to prove my findings. I plan to seek compensation. That's how bad it was. NOT Recommended.
