H3 Hilltop Heaven

We had an amazing few days at this homestay. The views are spectacular and was great to be away from the centre. We were both made to feel very comfortable & relaxed. The stay was absolutely fantastic and a place I will never forget!!

Very clean room, great views.

- Unfair Pricing: Booking this property in advance can result in significantly higher costs. During our stay, I checked the current room rates and was shocked to see that we had overpaid by nearly 40%. The drastic price fluctuation feels unfair and inconsistent. I strongly advise against booking in advance—you will likely end up paying much more than necessary. - Limited Breakfast Options: The included breakfast is surprisingly restrictive. You are only allowed to choose one option for both guests, meaning you cannot order different dishes or beverages. For the price we paid, this is a major drawback—what if one person prefers a different meal? - Overly Attentive Service: While the staff was clearly trying to ensure guest satisfaction, at times, their efforts felt a bit excessive, which slightly affected the overall experience. - Expensive Tuk-Tuk Rides: The hotel offers tuk-tuk rides to the city, but the cost can quickly add up if you need multiple trips. What they don’t tell you is that there’s a public bus running every 30 minutes from the main road, costing only 50 rupees—a far more budget-friendly option.

It is a beautiful hidden treasure managed by an amazing young couple. Beautiful Hause with a beautiful garden surrounded with tee plants. Fantastic breakfast at the Balkony with a very nice view to the hills. One of us had a birthday, they woke up early in the morning to get a birthday cake and made us a surprise. It was very nice and touching :)

Beautifully styled house set in a tea plantation in the mountains. Quite and away from the town of Ella, ideal to relax. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Amazing place to stay! It is all new and super clean. The family running the place is very nice and always happy to help out with information or whatever you need. It is near to Ella and great place to go hiking around the area. You can walk to Ella, but they also have tuktuk service. The house and surroundings are beautiful, hilltop with tea plantation and it has an amazing view into the green. Another thing to point out is the amazing breakfast! Soooo yummy and a lot of different options. Everyone can find something here!
