We were satisfied with the accommodation. Bus stop just a few meters from the accommodation, grocery store just around the corner, distance from the airport 30 minutes by bus, almost in the center and a few meters from the sea. I definitely recommend.

A little noise from the street, but that's only because we slept with the window open.

Owner went out of his way to help me out with parking and easily finding and entering the property. Made my arrival very pleasant.

Excellent location close to all restaurants in the old town, one street from the port (from where boats go to Neptune's grotto in every hour). I actually liked that there was no breakfast like in hotels as the accommodation is 1 minute walk from the fantastic Bar Focacceria Milese which beats any hotel breakfast I ever tried (with very cheap prices). The accommodation is also next to a very good restaurant called Ristorante Il Pesce D'oro, and also right next to a nice bar where you can sit outside in the night with some beers or cocktails. Rooms are well maintained and nice looking like a 3-4 star hotel room. Nice bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and plenty of towels. The rooms had proper air condition and also a window for fresh air. Both Marco (the host) and the housekeeper lady were very kind and helpful. We could get our room 2 hours earlier than the check in time without any extra charges. Marco (the host) also sent us many good recommendations for restaurants. The accommodation is 2-minutes walk from the AF bus stop that takes you to the wonderful Maria Pia beach for 1.5 EUR within 10 minutes.

My personal preference is a bigger blanket (it was thin like a bed sheet). Our bed mattress felt new and very nice however my parents mentioned that in their room the mattress was a bit overused and not that comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room ideally located in Alghero to the old town and the waterfront boardwalk. Marco was very helpful and provided us with great recommendations!

The bar below was a little loud at times at night.

Nice location, clean room

It was very noisy! In the evening. The night we stayed there - there was a karaoke party downstairs in the local bar very loud, until very late past midnight - impossible to sleep. the owner needs to speak to the bar to make sure it is peaceful at least after 22h. Otherwise the room was very nice and central
