Nights on Broadway - The APARTMENT

Well located in Matamata, only a short stroll to town. Bed is very comfortable, AC was amazing too! all in all a great stay! I'll be back for sure!

Comfortable, clean, warm. Just what we needed for one night in Matamata for our visit to Hobbiton

The little step from lounge to kitchen was a little challenging for my elderly father.

It’s a cute little place that’s super close to everything, including Hobbiton. The bed was comfy, and the TV was big. Plus, you can park right outside your door. The best part about the main bedroom is that it doesn't have any windows, so it's really dark and quiet in the morning. It's perfect for a good night's sleep! Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you're planning a trip to Matamata.

The only downside is that you can sometimes hear trucks rumbling by, but it wasn't too bad.

Bed was reasonably comfortable and water hot for showering.

This property is advertised as an apartment when it is only a renovated garage at the back of a property. Very basic, and not worth the price we paid. Some bare windows that need covering for privacy, no milk provided and needs new pillows and crisp linen.

The apartment was very tidy and clean. It's nice knowing you can walk up the drive and you're in the centre of town.

Lovely apartment to stay in, was clean tidy and close to ammenities and has the most comfortable bed around! Was super easy to access and communications were great from Tracy and the team

Just needs a couch or similar to sit on in the lounge area

Bed was comfortable and location was great.

No coffee table in lounge or couch to sit on...wasn't a game changer but would have been nice to have.
