You need new coffee cups as the ones supplied are chipped or cracked. The shower is in need of a good scrub. We only stayed one night, we wasn't very happy

Clean and spacious place to stay near the center of Matamata.

It’s by the main road so you need ear plugs to sleep when the trucks start passing by early in the morning.
