Nowhere to hang clothes

This was the second time I stayed here. Clean, tidy, cozy accommodation and handy to Hobbiton. Will recommend to friends and family.

Road noise, had difficulty with air con unit( may have been user error). Parking was available but quite difficult to access. Converted shed/garage not an apartment.

Great location, walking distance to shops etc. Very clean, comfortable bed, good amenities, enjoyed sitting outside with a coffee in the mornings. Reasonably private.

Only downfall for me (as a light sleeper), is that it is situated on the main highway to Tauranga. I was woken by trucks going passed early in the morning and the building shaking.

The pillows needs to be thrown out and replaced

Property was a wee gem, nice and central, and as a bonus both Sky TV and you could chromecast Netflix etc too. Understated in the ad I thought, it's been a well put together apartment with all mod cons you need.

It rattled a bit when trucks went past, but not enough to deter my sleep!
