"Hotel bonito y elegante"

Hotel bonito, muy limpio, habitacion muy grande. Las camas muy bien. La parte de la vinoteca impresionante.

El ascensor no funcionaba ese día, no pudimos poner el agua fría en la ducha, por lo que salía muy caliente y el desayuno aunque lo que ofrecen es de calidad, es escaso en la cantidad de productos que ofrecen.

"Molt bonic i còmode. Molt recomanable."

Habitacions molt àmplies i còmodes. L'hotel és molt bonic. Les sales d'estar i les terrasses de l'hotel són precioses. L'hotel és espectacular tenint en compte on està situat. Llàstima que no té cap servei. La noia que ens va atendre a recepció molt maca i propera. La senyora que feia les habitacions molt simpàtica i molt atenta.

Molt pocs serveis. No tenen ni restaurant ni servei de bar, i al poble no hi ha absolutament res, només l'hotel i dos cases, pel que si vols fer un cafè O prendre alguna cosa no pots. L'esmorzar molt pobre i caríssim pel que s'ofereix. No val la pena. L"SPA, molt justet pel preu.

"Wonderful oasis near Peñafiel castle"

This was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Lots of common areas. The room was very comfortable, clean. Wonderful private spa. Best place to stay in the area!

"Agradable pero con deficiencias en el servicio."

El edificio, los espacios comunes, la amplitud de la habitación .

La ubicación, por un lado la habitación daba a una carrera con tráfico. Por otro ,la aldea no tiene ni una cafetería y el hotel no tiene restaurante. Ofrecen desayunos pero a un precio elevado para lo que ofrecen. El personal muy escaso, de hecho el recepcionista es el encargado de reponer lo que falta en el desayuno, por lo que cuando llegamos a las 9:45 se habían agotado algunas cosas como el pavo y la tortilla, y aunque lo avisamos tardó tanto en reponer que cuando lo hizo ya habíamos acabado de desayunar.
