Creo que deben tener más cuidado con la limpieza de los baños y además un huésped que estaba en otra villa casi me mata del susto cuando a las 3am quería que lo dejara entrar en mi habitación

Lugar es excelente, frente la playa cerca de restaurante, la señora rosa a la llegada fue muy amable nos hospedo la felicito por su atencion.

El personal del dia un señor cuando fuimos a la entrega de la habitación fue grosero, irrepetuoso por un cargo que dice el que teniamos por la hora de salida que debieron notificar la hora exacta de salida, señor hanlo mal, trato mal, se expreso de manera agresiva

We’ve been moved into a newer accommodation and it was nice. The “hotel” is right on the beach with nice facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The first accommodation was old, smelly and noisy. That’s it. Paid a lot of money for one week and was about to walk away. It can be noisy if near the bar/beach. One of the pool has seen better days, not really curated but could do with some refresh. The smell of mould is all around. The pictures on the website can be misleading as they have more than one complex. The area is great but be prepared to walk in dust and dark if you need to go shopping.

My friend and I were tricked into a suite we didn’t want. When I booked the hotel suite it said in the ad that it had beach front view. Being close to the beach and having a beach view are 2 of the most important things when I travel and book a room. For a few months before we arrived in the Dominican Republic I asked the staff in charge of booking the rooms if I had a sea view? They told me yes or ignored the question. I made it clear in my communication on Booking.com and WhatsApp with the staff that this is what I wanted. When we arrived they gave us a big suite on ground level, which was dark from all the trees around it and it had no sea view!!! When I complained instead of fixing the problem and giving us what we asked for…Rosa one of the staff told us we had no choice but to choose between 2 suites…the original suite and this other one which was not great either. She gave us another room with a partial view of the sea from the left side of the balcony, but I still wasn’t satisfied. Rosa said, “I want to make you happy” and in the same breath blamed me for the mistake. She said that a beach front view doesn’t necessarily mean you get a view of the beach and the sea. I told her that English is my first language and that “sea view” and “beach front view” mean the same thing. They both imply the same thing. I told her that this was misleading to the guest and they should change the wording in their ads. After all that I felt like the staff were never that warm with us…they treated us like the “complaining” guests. Whenever we asked the staff for services like fix our lock on our door, give us a coffee maker that worked, etc, etc …we had to ask many times over and over before anything was done, sometimes going to the office ourselves before anything was done wasting our precious vacation time. The new suite they gave us needed a lot of work too…paint was chipping, closet door was falling off the wall, etc…it needed a make over.
