Bad hotel owner wanted to make direct customer so was not accepting my booking bcoz they have to give Oyo 40% of earning and they didn't even gave normal water neither their television was working not supporting staff

Bad hotel owner wanted to make direct customer so was not accepting my booking bcoz they have to give Oyo 40% of earning and they didn't even gave normal water neither their television was working not supporting staff, neither Oyo customer support were answering properly kept me on hold three times atleast for 35 mins
