"Superb"

Very clean, nicely equipped little room.

Very noizy. Doors are very thin and you could hear people talking and parking on the parking lot that's just outside. Not to mention loud music from the club across the street.

Apartment is tiny, though it's really comfortable for one-night stand during your travel alone or with a partner. The bed is really comfortable and I liked how everything was designed inside. Plus you have a garage for car parking! And it's really close to the city center

The shower had some leaks. And keed in mind it's a ground floor, so no windows to open or balcony
