Das Frühstück war einfach superb, jeder Wunsch wurde von den reizenden sehr professionellen Damen des Fruehstuecksservice erfüllt. Immer mit einem Lächeln, schnell, sehr freundlich, mehr kann man vom Service nicht erwarten. Das beste Abendessen würde mit soviel Freude und Leidenschaft von KAREM serviert. Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit, das sucht man in Deutschland vergebens. Vor dem Frühstück 1 Stunde schwimmen in einem 33 Grad warmen sehr großen Pool ist das Beste überhaupt. Die Pool Landschaft ist groß zügig ausgestattet, entspannend, sauber und Wohlfühlfaktor 10. Die Saunalandschaft lässt Sorgen vergessen.

Das Bett war etwas zu hart.

"Schönes Burghotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern"

Schöne Lage, etwas Oberhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum kein Problem und zurück mit dem Bus ( kostenlos) Dank TirolCard (kostenlos). Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt! Innenpool und Aussenpool vorhanden. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und mit sehr guter Weinempfehlung zum Abendessen.

Was soll ich sagen, eigentlich hat alles gepasst, aber im Bad hat es irgendwie komisch gerochen… Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.
