The property notify that the unit is damaged and i can get my refund by booking, refer to message below. “Good morning Sir, we apologize, you will get your refund by booking.com because the unit has damage.” I did not received any notification from “booking.com” for the refund until now. The property should notify this to “booking .com” as this is their fault and we dis not use the unit. We just pay the unit but we didn’t use it.

The property is not fair to tenant as they don’t bother after notifying that the unit is damaged. The property should facilitate my refund from “booking.com” since we did not use the unit.
