La mala educación del gerente del lugar.. Nos recibió a gritos . Nos tuvo dos horas esperando para hacer el check in, porque llegamos 3 minutos tarde de la hora acordada. Muy mala experiencia q marcó nuestra estancia en Bolonia. No lo recomiendo a nadie. El desayuno ridículo. La habitación es cara para lo q ofrece..
