Hotel Zentik Project & Saline Cave

El personal es muy amable, sobre todo Fabián (creo que así se llama) atención inmejorable. El lugar muy bonito, tranquilo.

I love the massages there. I literally flight from Boston to spend a couple nights in Zentik before getting to my final destination in Merida. The saline cave is just amazing for relaxing and the concert that they do helps me to reconnect with myself. Do not skip the fish tank, it’s so relaxing to feel them in your feet. 🐟

The turtles are gone! I was told they took them away and that made me very sad. I hope you can bring them back if possible. Also I could add to deliver a couple of extra towels, that’s a personal choice and they give it if you ask but I feel better if they are just available when I get there. These are just personal choices I LOVE ZENTIK 🩷!

Hermoso hotel y excelente servicio. La alberca y la cueva hace que te desconectes de la ciudad o donde vengas. Relajación y una buena gastronomia en restaurante.

Si quieres ir al centro debes caminar aproximadamente 25 minutos o en coche 8 min del centro. Pero la distancia ayuda a que te desconectes de todo.

The underground pool.

The overall design of the inner yard, the cave and the dining area were very welcoming. Plus, they offered an umbrella for each room, that came in very handy when visiting the town or nearby sites in burning heat. Nice touch.

The shower had no shower head and it was full of scale. The safe in the room was uncomfortably put next to a 1 person bed, for which i had to lift up the mattress, in order to be able to open the safe door. The safe was not usable with code. I had to get the reset key from the receptionist and use that to always open and close the safe. There weren't too many places to hang our bathroom towels for drying, had to improvise a bit. The rooms overall are very simply equipped, no fridge for keeping cold water, rather rustic. And the lights are not very bright in the room, so if you are trying to perform any makeup or search something in your bag, you need to use your phone flahlshlight.

Muy buen trato de todas las personas, muy limpias las instalaciones y las habitaciones bonitas y cómodas la cueva y la alberca excelente y la comida bien rica y a buen precio, salimos bien satisfechos mi esposa y yo gracias.

L'emplacement trop excentré Manque d'équipements de la chambre. Pas de frigo, pas de rangement, luminosité à revoir, distributeurs de savon sales Le fait que le personnel réclame trop souvent des pourboires Personne pour débarrasser les verres et assiettes autour de la piscine. Pas faite d'y passer devant Surfacturation de 100 pesos facturés pour la perte de la carte magnétique qu'ils retrouveront sûrement dans la chambre Au final, 135€ la nuit exagéré et sont pas dû tout justifiés Dommage

El personal pedía todo el rato propina…el desayuno era flojo. Los zumos muy artificiales.
