Everything! There was a foul plumbing smell in the bathroom that caused us to have headaches. There were gnats all over the bathroom that while we were on the toilet we were killing them and eventually got into the rest of the house. We had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink because the smell was so bad in the bathroom, which smelled up the rest of the house. The dishwasher had a foul smell with standing muddy water on the bottom of it. The front brick at the gate was loose and I tumbled forward and fell injuring my knee. There were loads of leaves and it was wet as well. Not maintained properly. The location is in the basement which we didn't know, so the people above us in their house were noisy with a lot of running, banging, jumping, even basic waking and you can hear conversations, the kids toys playing so we did not get any rest at all. The bed squeaked a great deal which was also a nuisance with it waking up the other person in the room . It was broken with a stick holding it up we noticed on the way out. I could go on and on, but this has been the worst experience we ever had at an Airbnb, especially for the cost. We lodged a complaint with booking.com because the property ghosted us when they said they were going to discuss with management reimbursement. We will wait and see what the outcome is in 5 days time. Do not stay here!
