This is the worst accommodation in Vietnam that I have ever stayed in. I indicated my arrival time when booking. When I arrived in the evening, it was already dark. No one met me - the reception was empty. I stood with my suitcase tired from the road for about 15 minutes until finally some man came. He does not speak English at all, he did not apologize for not meeting and didn't help with the suitcase. Hospitality is not about this hotel. When I came to my room, the first thing I saw was a huge number of ants on the table and on the floor. they were running all over the table. then I found them on the bed. There was someone's hair on the sink in the bathroom. the curtains were dirty. Very dirty windows deserve special attention. As for the location, it is also terrible. You will not be able to get from the station by Grab or bus.THERE is NOTHING at ALL within walking distance of the hotel itself. I was looking for a grocery store, there wasn't even a small shop or stall. The nearest infrastructure is very far away, you can't do without a motorbike or a car. The funniest moment: when I booked a hotel on booking dot com , there on the website it was indicated that there is a swimming pool in the future. BUT they didn't show it to me when I checked in. I walked around the hotel myself afterwards and didn't find a pool. There is no mug, kettle, tea bag, hair dryer, or slippers in the room. Nothing but one bottle of water, a refrigerator and a glass .... I believe that there is no pool and a lie is written. At night, someone was constantly slamming the door in the hallway, and someone was talking. Thank God I had headphones with me and I was able to isolate myself from this. Of the two booked days, I stayed there only one and then demanded money for another day back.
GBThis was like 10 stars hotel. The owner of the place was super helpful and friendly person. He help as with mechanic straight away. Amazing person, world will be a better place with peoples like him.❤️
