Die Bach war super

Das Personal war unmotiviert,unfreundlich. Das Morgenbuffet war sehr dürftig. wir wechselten unsere Unterkunft wegen Kakaerlaken.

Beautiful resort in a quiet part of Lamai beach. We had a very pleasant stay for one week. The resort is surrounded by the plants, which makes it very cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Tolle gepflegte Anlage, zuvorkommendes und mehr als aufmerksames Personal, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend aber nichts besonderes. Bungalows sind sauber und geräumig. Lage am Ende von Lamai ist perfekt. Es ist nicht überlaufen in der Ecke und man ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten in Lamai Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

"Für uns eine Super Lage, ruhig aber nah dran"

Wir haben auf ein Zimmer direkt am Pool upgegradet (Zimmer 101) und hatten dadurch einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Pool, Restaurant und Meer. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr nett.

Fällt mir wenig bis gar nichts ein. Vielleicht das die Zimmer innerhalb der Anlage etwas dunkel sind wegen der schönen Gartenanlage.

Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Hotelanlage, leckeres Essen

Einziger Nachteil war, dass der Pool am Rand spitz war und man sich dort leicht verletzten konnte.

Notre 4e séjour au Rummana.... et c'est toujours un plaisir de revenir ! accueil très chaleureux, les bungalows sont charmants et bien équipés, ménage au top, grande douche et joli jardin tropical. Superbe piscine face à la mer, l'accès à plage de sable fin se fait via un escalier, la mer est sublime.... C'est l'endroit le plus calme de Lamai.. les PDJ sont sous forme de buffet très varié, le personnel de salle est très avenant et dispo notamment pour la mise en place des parasols.... je résume : service impeccable !

La présence de Jet skis en location sur la plage de Lamai.... Même si il n'y en a pas à l'hôtel, on les entend tout de même....

Personal muy amable ( destacar el personal de limpieza). Desayuno incluido en el precio variado. Acceso directo a la playa.

Los bungalows no corresponden con las imágenes que se muestran, mobiliario y baño muy anticuado. Creo que se pueden encontrar sitios mejores con precios parecidos o menores. Restaurante con calidad justa.
