"This place is a scam"

The place is a scam. We arrived at the place to be told by the security guard that the place we booked has been occupied by permanent residents for months. The host never replied via email after numerous mails. The telephone number is uk based so calling is out of the order. We ended up booking into a hotel at very expensive rates
