Hotel has a front desk where you cand get all the help gou need..you can book cheap tours...it is placed very close to a market a 7 eleven end 5 min walk to the beach

Easy to find food, shopping spots and other amenities

Cleanliness very bad… Room door damage Need to take stairs to go to room..Not convenient for elderly people… After housekeeping done they did not refill the shampoo and shower gel..

The pool and the views to the mountains were really nice!

One air conditioner didn't work as expected and the jacuzzi didn't have hot water.

Beautiful view, nice pool area, nice bars and restaurants around, 10 mins walk to the beach

Very outdated, unfortunately there is plenty of cheaper places in better standard... we stayed because of the jacuzzi on the balcony and never used it... in general nice place, but falling apart slowly

Location was good

Nothing was clean, from the hall to the bed that was filled with ants. There isn't a lock, the WiFi was bad, the staff wasn't nice. Left early because of all that.

"Pleasant"

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Location was convenient as it was close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The smell from the bathroom was horrendous. The tap dripped all night which was noisy. As well as this, the air con rattled and wasn’t very powerful. There was also no controller for the air con. There was no lift to reach upper levels which made it difficult to carry luggage to our room which was on the top floor.
