La posizione è senza dubbio il punto di forza, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse (noi abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter e c’è l’unico distributore dell’isola accanto). La struttura dispone di uno spazio esterno ben organizzato e piacevole, che rappresenta un valore aggiunto per momenti di relax all’aperto.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente, con scarsa attenzione al cliente e poche informazioni fornite all’arrivo. Mancanza di beni di prima necessità, come shampoo o prodotti per il bagno, utili soprattutto a chi soggiorna per pochi giorni. Qualità di asciugamani e lenzuola molto bassa: tessuti usurati, lenzuola macchiate e, nonostante la richiesta di cambio, ce ne sono state fornite altre comunque macchiate. Spazio limitato per appoggiare le proprie cose. Durante i tre giorni di soggiorno il letto non è mai stato rifatto e la camera non è mai stata pulita. In tutta la camera era presente una sola finestra senza persiane di conseguenza è difficile far cambiare l’aria durante il giorno a meno che non vengano tenute aperte (con il rischio di non avere privacy perché dà sulla terrazza esterna). Rumorosa, soprattutto la notte.

La posizione è comoda per andare nelle varie calette e anche per raggiungere il centro. C’era posto per parcheggiare lo scooter. Area esterna carina con posto a sedere, tavolini, stendino e docce. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto usufruire della doccia l’ultimo giorno prima di andarcene nonostante avessimo già fatto il check-out. Ci hanno fatto fare il check-in prima del tempo (alle 14.00 invece che alle 15.00). Deposito bagagli nel sottoscala comune.

Prezzo alto (anche se a Favignana i prezzi sono tutti più o meno alti), considerando che la colazione non era inclusa. Bagno spartano e senza bidet (ma con doccino). Carta igienica centellinata. No bagno schiuma/shampoo a disposizione (diciamo che per quello che si paga a notte potrebbero essere presenti). Come consiglio alla struttura si potrebbero curare un po’ di più i dettagli all’interno della stanza (il pavimento del bagno è rovinato o forse è sporco, comunque ci sono delle macchie gialle a terra).

Spacious, meets basic needs, clean, within 10-15 minute walk of the port and center of the town and island. Nice sized towels, air conditioning works well. Hot water but remember to turn on water heaters in bathrooms. Accommodated our group of 9 well using 2 apartments on the first floor (22 stairs up)

Uncomfortable pillows, not enough coffee or toilet paper provided for adjoining apartments accommodating 9 people for 3 days. Also type of coffee pods only available in Trapani, so can't buy on your own. We were promised an additional 9 pods, which never got delivered. Fortunately I noticed the folded towels were all damp when we arrived so needed to hang them all to dry. Basics were there but missing conveniences; things like things like umbrellas on the terraces so they could be used during the day, no luggage racks to keep suitcases off the floor and no chairs in any of the bedrooms, no shelf of any sort in the shower to put soap or shampoo and no chair in bathrooms. Small showers. Some bathrooms without bidets.

Very big room, the bed was super comfy and great location: still close to the center but quiter (not so much in the morning though, because of the supermarket downstairs) and a good starting point to explore the island. And I was allowed a late check-out, which was very conveniente.

Everything else. Although the host was well aware I was arriving at 7pm he was not there, he would not answer the phone and claimed I had his father's number instead (listed on the booking confirmation btw). The room wasn't even ready (there was no towel, no blanket yet and they provide no shower gel or shampoo so bring your own!). And worst of all, the water heater was off (he blamed the cleaner, of course) so I had to wait till it was ready before I could take a shower. Oh, the TV has no remote, so forget watching it from bed.
