City Centre Apartments, Free Parking - Quality City

Location perfect, host was really responsive, when asked questions was helpful, lovely apartment

As soon as we entered we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke , it clearly say non smoking apartment, also fag burn on the carpet near windows was obvious ,beds are terrible, mattress is more like a mattress topper its a bout 4 inches thick , very uncomfortable

El apartamento tenía un buen tamaño y la cocina era amplia y bastante nueva. El baño tambien estaba nuevo.

Muy pocos utensilios de cocina Las fotos del anuncio no se correspondían con el alojamiento que finalmente nos dieron. Esperábamos un apartamento en otra planta y nos asignaron uno a pie de calle, con muy poca intimidad. Además, el edificio era bastante ruidoso, ya que había movimiento constante de gente entrando y saliendo, y el ascensor, que estaba justo enfrente de la habitación, hacía bastante ruido. Aunque el alojamiento estaba limpio, daba la sensación de estar poco cuidado por huéspedes anteriores: la moqueta tenía manchas, las paredes estaban bastante rozadas y sucias, el sofá también estaba sucio y el mantel de la mesa tenía agujeros de quemaduras. En general, no nos resultó especialmente acogedor.

Great location, 10 mins walk from Bullring and 15 from Utilita Stadium and all the bars and restaurants by the canal. Off street free parking a real bonus too. Would have cost fair amount to park so worth considering this when checking the price. Host was really communicative and responsive

Some of the soft furnishings and decor are a little tired but it was clean and comfortable. Not a major issue and would book again due to location, free parking and ease of entry.

Spacious for our friend who uses a walker. Clean and tidy.

Np instruction for anything, or a helpful list. Shower didn't work. One bathroon was accessible by using our friends walker but it was the one with the bath. Mats wete slippery on floor. Cupboard door missing from washing machine. There was one sofa. An additional armchair would have been helpful. The 'VIew' was a sea of cars awaiting a repair shop and brick walls. A lot of coming and going throughout the night from a doorway opposite our bedroom.

The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable.

Very unsafe for a solo female. People were banging on the front door at 2am. I had to leave to another hotel at 4am for safety. Balcony door doesn't lock. One room smelt very strongly of cannabis.
