La ubicación.

Mal mantenimiento, con humedad en la puerta y en la pared del baño, no sé cómo se anuncia un apartamento sin arreglar elementos básicos. Limpieza insuficiente, mobiliario sucio incluyendo pelos en los cajones. Muy poca cubertería, por suerte solo éramos dos personas.

La ubicación, el personal del apartamento, el apartamento tenía prácticamente de todo. Inclusive con las cosas negativas, volvería, hemos estado muy agusto.

Sofá cama sucio y no se abría. La puerta del baño humedad a punta pala, daba la sensación de suciedad.
