Facilities were amazing, staff were lovely and the location is stunning. Tea shop afternoon tea and snacks a great touch.

Shower hot water ran out quite quickly.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. We loved all the facilities. The staff was superb. Extra kind people. We had an amazing time there. We 100% recommend the morning walk. We'd love to come back.

I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

The water heater capacity was low since it lasts for 30 sec hardly which we couldn't manage since the climate was cold.

Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Wayanad’s landscape, Crystal Kuruva is an amazing midsize resort, especially for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. It’s a perfect escape to tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of city life. It’s surrounded by a vast, open, lush green paddy field on one side and a coffee and rubber plantation on the other. The rooms are quite large and spacious, clean, modern, and beautifully built on the stilts, giving breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings from the balcony. The rooms offer great privacy, given the distance between the two rooms and the layout of the property as a whole. The vast open spaces, plenty of tree cover, and well-maintained garden all around add to the aesthetics of the resort. It was an amazing experience to wake up in the morning to the chirping and cooing of the birds. The hospitality of the resort staff is topnotch across all departments, be it the front desk, the restaurant staff, the housekeeping team, or the rest of the support staff. Right from the moment we reached till our departure, we were looked after extremely well. They were quick to address even the smallest of concerns almost immediately. What set them apart from the several other resorts we had stayed at in the past was the personalised attention they extended to us throughout our stay. Their GM appeared hands-on, very involved, and took personal interest in liaising with all the guests, which in turn certainly has rubbed off on the entire resort staff. A clear example of leading from the front. Given the limited number of rooms and the guests, they have a constraint in offering a buffet. But the à la carte option gives you ample variety and choice of food. They were very flexible in customising the food options to our taste and requirements. Every meal we had was simply amazing.
